Fannie Mae has announced the 2022 Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards (STAR) Program results, recognizing 22 mortgage servicers for competency, capacity and overall performance.
The STAR Program identifies high-performing mortgage servicers that align with Fannie Mae’s business goals and demonstrate leading practices across the mortgage service industry.
The 2022 STAR Program recipients are:
General servicing: Bank of America, Flagstar Bank, Freedom Mortgage, M&T Bank, PHH Mortgage, PNC Financial Services Group, Provident Funding Associates, Regions Bank
Solution delivery: Mr. Cooper, New American Funding, U.S Bank
General servicing and solution delivery: Arvest Bank, Colonial Savings, Fidelity Bank, Guild Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase Bank, PennyMac, Rocket Mortgage, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, Rushmore Loan Management Services, Truist Bank, Wells Fargo Bank
