Fay Servicing, a Chicago-based special servicer and residential mortgage originator, has hired Wanda Montgomery as senior vice president of foreclosure operations.
Though Montgomery will be based in the company's Carrollton, Texas, office, she will lead the foreclosure department across multiple locations.
Montgomery has more than 21 years of default servicing experience. Previously, she led a team of foreclosure consultants at Fannie Mae to help servicers assess operations, utilize the best available technologies and implement industry best practices.
