Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc. (FICS), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house residential origination and servicing technology and commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, has rolled out BusinessObjects' Enterprise Professional (BOE) and Crystal Reports XI to users of its commercial mortgage loan servicing system, Commercial Servicer.
The business intelligence tools from BusinessObjects replace CA. Inc.'s EUREKA:Reporter and further meet the existing needs of FICS' Commercial Servicer customers, FICS says. With BOE Professional, Commercial Servicer users can manage and deploy tools for reporting, query and analysis, and performance management. Crystal Reports XI, part of the BusinessObjects XI platform, delivers easy report design, simple report maintenance and data access.
FICS has been working to deploy the rollout of BOE Professional and Crystal Reports XI to its customers in three phases. Prior to the rollout to Commercial Servicer customers, FICS deployed the solution to users of its residential mortgage loan servicing system, Mortgage Servicer, and plans to soon deploy the solution to its customers using its residential mortgage loan origination system, Loan Producer.
