Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc. (FICS), a provider of loan servicing technology, has upgraded its commercial loan software, Commercial Servicer, to the most current version of PowerBuilder.
The upgrade to version 11.5 of PowerBuilder enables Commercial Servicer to present a heightened graphical interface, which provides a richer presentation of data by displaying sharper images and text, FICS says.
In addition to Commercial Servicer's programming language being upgraded, system-generated statements and notices received a makeover. The collection programs within Commercial Servicer were also enhanced, the company adds. End-users can now view more information on one window, which should reduce the time servicers spend navigating to different screens.
