Black Knight Financial Services says a client of nearly 25 years, First Bank Mortgage, has signed a three-year contract to continue servicing its mortgage loans on the MSP system, Black Knight's mortgage and consumer loan servicing platform.
First Bank Mortgage will use the platform to manage all of its servicing processes, including loan boarding, payment processing, escrow administration, default management. Black Knight says MSP's technology will also support First Bank's efforts to comply with federal requirements.
First Bank's renewal of the MSP servicing system also includes the use of Black Knight's Customer CareNet, Electronic Loan Interface, Passport and iDisburse solutions.
