Firstsource Group USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company and a global provider of customized business process management services, has completed its acquisition of the business process outsourcing (BPO) division of ISGN Corp.
These services include mortgage origination, servicing, title, settlement and valuation. The deal was previously announced in January.

ISGN’s BPO division has more than 950 employees in offices in India and the U.S. It caters to more than 100 clients.
