Fiserv Lending Solutions, based in Brookfield, Wis., and Graystone Solutions, based in Sudbury, Mass., have partnered to offer a tier of servicing solutions designed to assist servicers of all sizes.
Available solutions include the application service provider, which provides the companies' loan servicing system and infrastructure; the shared servicing model, which allows firms to select which functions to perform in-house and which to outsource; and the total outsourcing model, which allows servicers to outsource all servicing and administrative functions in a private-label servicing environment.
The Fiserv platform's real-time, rules-based system enables Graystone to establish different processing parameters for each client institution, the companies add.
