Warren, Mich.-based Five Brothers, a nationwide provider of commercial and residential mortgage technology solutions, has released IntelliStorage, a Web-based document-storage system.
The system provides secure electronic storage of business-critical documents, and its functionality includes high-speed scanning, document indexing, enterprise-wide file access through a secure Web-based interface and automated workflow management, the company explains. Loan-level indexing allows for efficient retrieval and organization of files aligned to specific business tasks, Five Brothers adds.
The system also integrates content with business processes, allowing mortgage professionals to reduce cycle time, streamline workflow and increase productivity, the company adds.
