Greystone, a provider of multifamily and healthcare mortgage loans, has appointed Darryl Speach chief customer officer, based in the firm's New York headquarters.
Speech will report to Claudia Schiepers, chief marketing officer, and will lead the customer experience effort across all business lines, including commercial mortgage lending, property management and healthcare operations.
Prior to joining Greystone, Speach was Disney's lead consultant assigned to the Disney Institute/McKinsey & Co. co-branded joint venture, specializing in customer experience transformations. He led numerous client engagement teams including financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical and automotive companies in Europe, Asia and the U.S.
Speach also spent five years as the corporate vice president of innovation/customer insights at New York Life Insurance, where he championed numerous innovation, culture change and employee engagement initiatives, as well as the New Horizons Innovation Leadership Ideation Program. He also served as a vice president at BI Worldwide Consulting, where he led a team that specialized in enhancing sales and channel effectiveness, employee engagement, and customer loyalty programs for several Fortune 100 companies.
