Ed Watson, a former executive vice president and head of operations, technology and general services at Fannie Mae, has joined technology consultancy Capco as partner and lead of the firm's housing finance practice.
In his new role, Watson will work closely with Capco's banking, technology and capital market teams to help shape the future of housing finance.
The primary goals of Capco's housing finance practice include improving data flow through industry standard formats and processes; increasing data accuracy; ensuring ease of access for all stakeholders; and increasing participant profits while lowering costs for consumers.
