New York-based Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) has named Michael C. May as a managing director and the national head of CCRE's multifamily lending business. He will be based in the company's Bethesda, Md., office.
May brings over 30 years of experience in the capital markets, residential mortgage and multifamily mortgage sectors. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of multifamily sourcing at Freddie Mac, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of its multifamily business line. Previously, he served as Freddie Mac's senior vice president of operations, where he managed a variety of business divisions, including trading, security issuance, single-family and multifamily operations.
