FORUM Credit Union, the sixth largest credit union in Indiana, is now using the LoanQuest lending system from MortgageFlex Systems for loan origination.
FORUM chose the LoanQuest system in part because of its multi-channel capabilities. The company originates mortgages for other credit unions through its FIMI CUSO and also has an active wholesale line of business.
In addition, the LoanQuest system provides lenders with a comprehensive view of each customer's financial situation.
The system sports integrated workflow and a robust product and pricing tool, as well as an imaging center that allows users to clear conditions while viewing. All are driven by lender-defined business rules that are easily configured, the company claims.
FORUM Credit Union was founded in 1941 by employees of Indiana Bell Telephone Co. The credit union has more than 107,000 members and 12 branches located throughout Indiana.
