Freddie Mac has announced a new $1 billion offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K-014 Certificates). The new certificates are expected to price next week and settle around Aug. 10.
The K-014 Certificates are backed by 90 recently originated multifamily mortgages and are guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
This is Freddie Mac's eighth K Certificate offering this year.
