Gateway Mortgage Group, one of the largest privately held mortgage bankers in the U.S., is using Fiserv's LoanServ platform to improve customer service and grow its servicing portfolio.
With LoanServ, Gateway will be able to perform the full range of mortgage servicing functions, including escrow, payment processing, investor reporting and default management.
What's more, the solution will help Gateway increase employee productivity, improve operational efficiency and react more effectively to changes in modification programs such as HAMP and HARP.
In addition the solution will help Gateway streamline the default process via workflow automation. Using the loss mitigation workflow tool within LoanServ, the company will be able to enhance borrower outreach from its two call centers in Tulsa and Norman, Okla.
Kevin Stitt, CEO of Gateway Mortgage Group, said during the past four years, the company has more than tripled its mortgage origination volume, ‘but origination is just the first step in the home loan process.’ He said the company currently services more than $3 billion in residential mortgages.
Gateway primarily services Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae loans but plans to broaden its capabilities to support other loan programs.
