Generation Mortgage Co., a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) provider, has promoted Shirlene Norde to wholesale account executive and has added Sue Winters as Pacific regional manager to the company's retail sales division.
As a wholesale account executive, Norde is responsible for providing day-to-day support for Generation's network of wholesale partners. She assumed this role after serving as the company's wholesale corporate trainer for the past year, during which she prepared and facilitated in-person training sessions, live webinars, online courses and instructional materials for Generation's partner base.
Before coming to Generation, she worked with Vinings Mortgage, one of the company's wholesale partners, and held the roles of assistant vice president and mortgage loan consultant at SunTrust Mortgage. Norde garnered additional experience in banking and financial services as a bank manager and account executive with SunTrust Bank.
Winters' duties as Pacific regional manager center on overseeing Generation's sales activities in eight states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
Winters has 18 years of mortgage industry experience and has held branch manager roles at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, 1st Reverse Mortgage U.S.A. and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Her career includes time with both national and regional lenders and has involved the conversion mortgage, traditional mortgage and building industries.
