Aviva Bush and Laura Ferris have joined Green River Capital, a provider of real estate owned (REO) asset management and loss mitigation services for mortgage servicers, investment firms and banking institutions, as senior vice presidents (SVPs), while Richard Lundbeck has joined the company as a vice president (VP).
Prior to this promotion, Bush was VP at GRC and held leading positions at Fidelity, Fairbanks Capital, LOGS and First National Bank of Commerce. As SVP, she will continue with her day-to-day responsibilities managing the boarding, title and closing functions.
Ferris, formerly VP of component services, is now SVP of product development. She has served in senior positions in both valuations and REO, where she developed the company's component services division. In her new role, Ferris will work with the rating agencies, along with existing and new clients, to create products and services to fuel GRC's future growth.
Lundbeck is now VP of component services. He most recently served as VP at ServiceLink, where he created, implemented and managed the REO operation for the company's local closing model and developed the title offerings for their loss mitigation title services. In this new position, Lundbeck will work closely with Ferris as GRC expands its component services division.
All three will report to Tim Reilly, chief operating officer.
