Greystone MultiUnit LLC, based in New York, has implemented the LoanQuest Residential System from Jacksonville, Fla.-headquartered MortgageFlex Systems Inc. Greystone says the installation was in support of its commercial mortgage activities.
The firm, an affiliate of Greystone & Co. Inc., facilitates mortgage financing for mixed-use properties, small multifamily buildings and small commercial properties. LoanQuest has extensive customization capabilities that allowed Greystone MultiUnit LLC to add fields and screens in-house without incurring additional fees, MortgageFlex notes.
