Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital LP (GSCMC), headquartered in Dallas, has realigned its regional operations, effective immediately. GSCMC, while maintaining existing staffing levels, now operates its business through three regions, rather than five.
The three new geographic regions are led by regional directors Rod Reppe Jr., eastern region; Will Flaa, central region; and Paul Armour, western region. Bush Bowden, senior vice president, continues to originate commercial loans in the eastern region, and senior vice presidents James Abbee and Michael Singh continue to originate commercial loans in the western region.
According to the company, the realignment positions GSCMC to provide more comprehensive service to its mortgage banking relationships.
