GSF Mortgage has opened a new branch office in Cape Coral, Fla., representing its sixth expansion in the past three months.
The new office will be managed by Ray Stevens, who began his career in the mortgage industry in 1990. Stevens comes to GSF with many years of experience in Internet lending. He has been on Zillow for seven years and is a top-rated Zillow loan specialist with over 132 personal reviews. A retired Civil Service member, Stevens spent 31 years working for the U.S. Postal Service, with 20 of those years spent in management.
In his new role, Stevens will recruit talented loan officers, as well as build strong Realtor relationships.

GSF Mortgage also recently opened a new branch in Allison Park, Pa., which will be run by John Nestor, branch manager, along with Tom Zaimes and Jay Fallon.
In addition the Brookfield, Wis.-based company was recently named to Mortgage Technology's Top Tech-Savvy Lenders and Servicers list for 2013.
