Guardian Mortgage Documents (GMD), a Lakewood, Colo.-based provider of residential document preparation, automated management workflow and outsourced back-office closing solutions, has developed a strategic alliance with RoboDocs, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based provider of document services to the commercial and multifamily mortgage industry.
In light of recent credit challenges, some residential originators are expanding their services to the commercial market, and vice versa, the companies note. Because lenders have not previously had a loan document solution for both markets, GMD and RoboDocs are teaming up to offer customers additional value in their respective areas of document expertise.
In addition to directly offering RoboDocs to clients as a resource for commercial and multifamily real estate closing documents, GMD will provide a link to the company's Web site from its Affiliations page.
