Hammerhouse LLC, an expanding national recruiting and strategic growth firm for the financial services industry, has hired Jessica Johnson and Ryan Grigsby as strategic growth partners.
Hammerhouse says the additions further support client growth and expand the company's national mortgage sales recruiting infrastructure, following significant demand for its services from both lenders and loan officers.
Johnson joins Hammerhouse with more than eight years' experience in the real estate and mortgage industry after working as a Realtor, as well as a headhunter in the mortgage industry with a national mortgage banker. She will be based in Hammerhouse's Mission Viejo, Calif., office and will work directly with Eric Petersen, managing partner, to help support clients throughout the western U.S.
Grigsby comes to Hammerhouse with seven years of agency and corporate headhunting experience. During that time, he supported mortgage sales and loan officer recruiting with a national mortgage banker. Grigsby will be based in the Mission Viejo, Calif., office and will work directly with Grant Lupo, vice president/strategic growth partner, to help support clients throughout the western U.S.
