To support its recent growth, mortgage headhunting firm Hammerhouse LLC has hired three new employees.
Jason Kutcher, who previously worked with a national mortgage banker, has joined the company as strategic growth partner. In his previous role, Kutcher focused on mortgage sales recruiting across a number of different markets and developed significant relationships throughout the mortgage industry.
In his new position, Kutcher will be based in Hammerhouse's Mission Viejo, Calif., office. He will report to Grant Lupo, vice president and strategic growth partner for the company, and will help support clients throughout the U.S.
Eric Pennell, who previously spent 15 years in restaurant management, has also been hired as a strategic growth partner. He will be based in Hammerhouse's Hickory, N.C., office. He will report to Eric Levin, managing partner, and the company's East Coast team supporting existing clients.
In addition, Scott Hollo has joined the company as a junior recruiter. He comes to Hammerhouse with a strong background in customer service in the food services industry. He will also be based in the Hickory office and will report to Levin as well as Strategic Growth Partner Iva Anderson.
In his new role, Hollo will support client growth and expand the company's national mortgage sales recruiting infrastructure. He will also help identify new model-match opportunities for clients and candidates.
