Commercial real estate and capital markets services firm HFF has secured $121.6 million in financing for the development of a nine-story building on 8300 Wisconsin in Bethesda, Md.
Slated for completion in 2015, the structure will occupy an entire city block and will include 359 luxury apartment residences and a Harris Teeter grocery store. Community amenities will include a courtyard, rooftop swimming pool, rooftop demonstration kitchen, clubroom, fitness center, business center and 24-hour concierge services.
HFF worked on behalf of StonebridgeCarras, a privately held real estate investment and development firm, to secure the construction financing through Wells Fargo Bank.
