Realty Capital LLC, a middle-market real estate fund manager, has relocated its southeast executive office from Miami to 433 Plaza Real in Boca Raton, Fla. Hudson, headquartered in Manhattan, is involved in a broad range of real estate-related debt and equity investment, and the company's portfolio encompasses more than $2 billion of assets currently under management in key markets nationwide, including South Florida. "In this current market, which has yet to find its bottom, Hudson is focusing on discounted debt acquisitions, as well as proactive asset management of its existing book of business," notes Sarah Suther, director, who oversees the Boca Raton office.
