Des Moines, Iowa-based iEmergent, a mortgage data forecasting firm, is releasing its new Mortgage MarketSmart product – an online mortgage data mapping software solution.
iEmergent says the software application allows banking and lending executives, market managers, data analysts, and loan originators to have access to national and market-level mortgage forecasts and analytics. The product's mortgage market intelligence includes iEmergent's Core Based Statistical Area, and county and Census tract mortgage forecasts, as well as Home Mortgage Disclosure Act historical data, according to the company.
"Mortgage MarketSmart is a Web-based application that uses the ArcGIS mapping platform to display complex sets of mortgage data in easy-to-interpret maps," says Chris Rouw, partner at Far Reach, the software development company behind the application. "The cloud-hosted technology is accessible any time, anywhere there's a browser and an Internet connection."
