According to iMS, the PropertySmart platform allows lenders to seamlessly shift between managing the settlement services needs of loan origination and loss mitigation. PropertySmart also provides lender clients with easy access to warranties on the accuracy of appraised values.
The company offers a full range of origination and nonperforming loan valuation and settlement services through its singular PropertySmart platform. iMS clients can also secure appraisal warranties underwritten by an A.M. Best's A-rated carrier on all full appraisals and drive-bys for loan origination purposes.
