Ed Brady has joined Incenter Mortgage Advisors as director of whole loan trading.
Brady has more than 35 years of residential mortgage secondary market experience. He has been involved in products across the residential market spectrum including non-qualified mortgage, jumbo, scratch and dent, nonperforming loans, re-performing loans, residential mortgage-backed securities and mortgage servicing rights. In addition, he has brokered commercial loan portfolio.
Brady started his career at Bache Halsey Stuart & Shields and then began in the whole loan business at one of the original whole loan brokers G.A. Thompson.
Over his 35-year career he has worked at Westcap, where he was in charge of the firm’s RTC business, Union Planters National Bank, Principal Asset Management, ICAP and BOM/Wunderlich and UpWind Capital.
In his new role with Incenter, Brady will oversee the whole loan trading desk as it generates liquidity for IMA clients looking for bids of all loan product types through competitive auction.
