Integra Realty Resources Inc., a national commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm, has opened an office in Pasadena, Calif. The office, which has had a presence in Pasadena since 1976 as Charles R. Wilson & Associates Inc., is now called Integra Realty Resources-Metro.
Charles R. Wilson & Associates was founded by Charles Ray Wilson, who will remain with the new organization, Integra Realty Resources says. The 11-person office provides valuation and consulting services with a specialty in the valuation of self-storage facilities.
Matt Swanson, who has been appraising commercial real estate for 20 years, joined Charles R. Wilson in 1989 and has been managing the office since 2005. In addition, Brad Weiman, a member of Integra's board of directors, is a principal of Integra's Pasadena office as well as the Denver and Salt Lake City offices.
