InterBay Funding LLC, a Fort Washington, Pa.-based financial organization specializing in small commercial lending, has launched interbay.tv. – available at interbay.tv or through interbay.com.
Structured after YouTube and other user-generated content Web sites, interbay.tv is designed to educate brokers, promote their successes and provide news about recent company events – all in video, the company explains. Commercial loan professionals can also upload their own original content, enabling them to share their successes, strategies and tips.
‘A big part of being successful in commercial lending has to do with relationship building and one-on-one face time,’ says Tom Brubaker, director of marketing at InterBay. ‘Instead of reading about sales interactions, brokers can actually watch them take place. And they have access to these valuable tips at any time.’
Content at interbay.tv also includes motivational tips from Troy Aikman, InterBay's national spokesperson, as well as information on training available at InterBay Academy.
