Fiserv Inc. has fully integrated its LoanServ loan servicing platform with ISGN's Tempo default servicing platform.
ISGN's Tempo is an end-to-end, Software-as-a-Service-based default management platform and system of record that helps servicers, attorneys and vendors manage and track the default lifecycle from the collection/early-intervention stage all the way through to liquidation, including bankruptcy and foreclosure attorney processes.
The integration of Tempo will enhance the LoanServ platform's loss mitigation capabilities to meet the needs of servicers, as well as position them for the emerging market. Fiserv and ISGN are long-time strategic partners.
