Bethesda, Md.-based multifamily lender Green Park Financial has entered into a correspondent agreement with Jmbrealty Services Inc., a full-service real estate organization based in Minneapolis.
As a Green Park Financial correspondent, Jmbrealty Services will now be able to originate loans for Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing program, the companies explain.
Jmbrealty Services will join a group of correspondents that includes Johnson Capital, Live Oak Capital, Medalist Capital, Q10 Triad, Quantum First Capital and Walker & Dunlop.
