The law firm Ballard Spahr has announced that John D. Sadler, a litigator who focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation matters and the representation of commercial lenders in workout and restructuring matters, has joined the firm as of counsel in Bethesda, Md.
At Ballard Spahr, Sadler will be a member of the litigation department and the firm's bankruptcy, reorganization and capital recovery group, as well as its commercial litigation and commercial real estate recovery groups.
Sadler was previously an associate at Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker PA, a law firm in Rockville, Md.
