Kevin C. Hughes Joins Cassidy Turley Executive Team

Cassidy Turley, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate services provider, has hired Kevin C. Hughes as president, occupier services.

Hughes will focus on delivering a platform of services to Cassidy Turley's occupier clients across the country, as well as supporting existing teams and account leaders in providing strategic solutions.

Additionally, he will lead efforts to fully integrate corporate outsourcing solutions by combining tenant representation, portfolio management, lease administration, facilities management, and project and development services.

Hughes returns to Cassidy Turley after leaving the company in 2009 to run a nonprofit focused on affordable housing development. He joins from JLL, where he was executive managing director and leader of the company's Americas Transaction Service group. He also formerly led Colliers' Corporate Solutions group and was director of brokerage at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, one of Cassidy Turley's legacy firms.
