Kinecta Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Manhattan Beach, Calif., has announced executive changes in the management team of its mortgage lending division.
Mike McCarthy (pictured left) has been promoted to first vice president of retail mortgage origination and operations. He was previously director of retail loan production. Before joining Kinecta in 2011, McCarthy held executive management positions with Countrywide Financial, Ditech.com and GMAC.
Bruce Bingham has been hired as vice president of mortgage lending operations. He was formerly senior vice president at Bank of America. Also joining Kinecta is Nancy Elander as director of mortgage lending operations. She was previously head of home loan operations at ING Direct.
