Lancaster Pollard, a Columbus, Ohio-based specialty investment banking and mortgage banking firm, has hired Grant T. Goodman as vice president of the Los Angeles office, where he will be responsible for the northern California and Nevada markets.
Before joining Lancaster Pollard, Goodman had underwritten transactions in excess of $100 million. He led the California region at GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services. Prior to that role, Goodman oversaw capital originations for GE's Corporate Finance business, where he was responsible for structuring, managing and executing finance transactions throughout Arizona and Nevada.
He started his career in community banking, lending to local mid-market enterprises for real estate, working capital and equipment projects.
