The commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates has opened its 46th office, in Charleston, S.C. Formerly Anchor Commercial Real Estate Services, Lee Charleston will be headed by principals Robert H. Nuttall Jr., R. Milton Thomas III and Reid P. Davis.

This is the company's second South Carolina office – its other Palmetto State office is in Greenville.
