LenderHomePage.com, a provider of a secure and compliant cloud-based digital mortgage platform, has partnered with LendingQB to integrate its digital point-of-sale solution into LendingQB’s loan origination system (LOS).
The integration provides LenderHomePage.com clients with the ability to extend their LOS functionality into websites and mobile apps, thus improving customer satisfaction, reducing origination cost and increasing loan officer productivity, the company says.
The partnership enables borrowers to easily follow the status of their loans and contact loan officers through a centralized portal, notes the company, adding that borrowers are able to scan and upload documents securely while receiving notifications in real time when there are new updates available during the origination process.
For loan officers, the integration enables around-the-clock monitoring of loans from either a desktop computer or a mobile device, LenderHomePage.com says.
The integration between the two systems is enabled by LendingQB’s API, which LenderHomePage.com says enabled it to build a two-way integration quickly and efficiently.
