David Greif has joined LenderLive Network Inc. as a regional account executive covering the state of Florida for the company's correspondent lending division.
LenderLive's correspondent program is designed to serve the needs of mid-tier and smaller originators that want to protect their customer relationships. Unlike many large bank programs, LenderLive offers an option to co-brand its servicing with its correspondents.
Greif has more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience. Most recently, he was senior account executive for Homeward Funding, a division of Ocwen, where he assisted in the development of correspondent, emerging banking and wholesale business channels.
Previously, he was vice president and account executive with Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for correspondent and wholesale business development. Greif has held a series of account executive positions with national lenders, such as First National Bank of Arizona, Homecomings/GMAC and Barclays American.
In his new role, Greif will work with current and prospective clients, including community banks, credit unions and mortgage banks participating in, or considering, the LenderLive correspondent program.
He will report directly to Bob Kallio, senior vice president of correspondent lending.
