Tax service veteran Randy Kozlowski has joined LERETA, a national provider of real estate tax and flood services for mortgage servicers, as chief strategy officer and a member of the company’s executive committee.
Kozlowski has more than 30 years of experience in tax service and mortgage servicing. Most of his career was at CoreLogic where he held a number of senior roles, including interim executive in charge of CoreLogic’s tax business. He also led the client management team for CoreLogic Mortgage Solutions that was responsible for oversight and support of the company’s top tier mortgage banking clients. Kozlowski began his mortgage career at M&T Bank’s and Goldome Realty Credit’s servicing operations.
In this newly created role, Kozlowski will be responsible for LERETA’s product development, marketing and public relations efforts. He will also play a leading role in the company’s merger and acquisition strategy.
