Philadelphia-headquartered Llenrock Group LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm, has launched of Llenrock Realty Partners, a direct bridge debt provider for the commercial real estate market.
Llenrock Realty Partners says it will offer bridge debt capital in the range of $3 million to $30 million to owners. The firm can underwrite all asset types and offers a variety of structures – including interest-only, interest reserve, flexible pre-pay, and terms from six months to 36 months.
