Loan origination system (LOS) developer Liquid Logics says it has hired New York-based DAL Group and its chief consultant, Derrick Logan, to provide direct sales support for its origination technology.
DAL Group provides sales, marketing and property preservation consulting to the mortgage industry.
‘Derrick has the industry connections we need to introduce our technology to the mid-tier and larger financial institutions that can most benefit from it,’ says Sam Kaddah, president and CEO of Liquid Logics, in a release. ‘We are very excited about this partnership and expect this relationship to expand our client base significantly. This will be good for the lender consortium we serve as it will provide the steady source of loan volume they are seeking.’
Logan is the winner of a 2006 New Jersey Association of Minority R. E. Professionals Service Award, a 2010 National Association of Real Estate Brokers Appreciation Award and a 2010 National Association of Mortgage Field Servicers Diamond Award. He is often called upon to serve on corporate boards and as an expert speaker on industry panels.
