Mortgage industry veteran John Coughlin has joined LRES, a provider of commercial and residential valuations and asset management, as vice president of sales – industry.
Coughlin has more than 16 years of experience in financial and management services. Prior to joining LRES, he served as the senior director of business development at Integrated Asset Services, a Denver real estate management company, where he sourced and integrated new clients, established and maintained client relationships, and managed client receivables. Prior to that, he served in executive leadership positions at several mortgage and financial organizations, including Bohan Group, Franklin Credit Management Corp. and GRP Financial Services.
In his new role, Coughlin is responsible for helping LRES enter into new strategic business relationships with a primary focus on mortgage lenders and servicers.
