LRES Taps Ann Song As Vice President Of REO Asset Management

Ann Song has been named vice president of REO asset management for LRES, a national provider of residential and commercial valuations and asset management for the mortgage, banking, credit union and real estate industries.

Previously, Song held a variety of management positions for U.S. Bank National Association within its asset management, REO and quality control departments. She has also held management positions with several other lenders.

In her new role, Song is responsible for managing LRES' REO portfolio of up to 2,000 assets and growing the number of REO specialists in the company's Orange County, Calif., and Phoenix office locations. She also develops reporting and other processes to monitor the flow of REO assets and deadlines; ensures adherence to investor and specific state, local and county requirements; and leads the implementation of operational strategies, objectives and processes.

LRES also recently announced the promotion of Selene Nunez to vice president of valuations. Nunez has been with LRES for 14 years and previously served as director of valuations, where she provided leadership in staffing, training and employee relations. Prior to this, she served as the company's assistant director of broker price opinions charged with meeting production and turn-around targets of property valuations to customers.

Nunez will continue to focus on further enhancing the delivery of property valuations and improving product operations and gross margins.
