Mortgage industry veteran Marla Grassgreen has joined First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. (FGMC) as director, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) program manager.
Grassgreen has 25-plus years of mortgage industry experience, with emphasis in USDA's Rural Housing Program. Prior to joining FGMC, she was director, rural housing division manager with PMAC Lending. She also previously worked as rural development underwriter of TPO with Chase Rural Housing; vice president of operations, Service First Mortgage; and account executive, real estate finance, with Chase Home Finance.
From 1995 to 2003, Grassgreen was with First NLC Financial Services, where she held various positions including senior credit officer, underwriting manager, training manager and underwriter for TPO originations.
