Gary E. Carlson and Susan E. Carlson, founders of Eagle Home Mortgage in Bellevue, Wash., have joined Mason McDuffie Mortgage Corp. as senior vice presidents. They will be based in the Seattle area and will oversee production and development of a branch network across the western U.S.
The Carlsons founded Eagle Home Mortgage in 1986 and grew the company to more than 500 employees. They sold their company to Lennar Corp. in 1999 and continued to manage it until 2011.
Mason McDuffie Mortgage is based in San Ramon, Calif.
