MasterServ Financial Inc., a Philadelphia-based provider of risk management services, has brought to market its ActioNsight Suite – Insights as a Service (IaaS), a loan portfolio monitoring, analytics and management tool designed for use by servicers, investors, guarantors and asset managers of single-family residential loan portfolios.
According to the company, the new service supports loss mitigation decisioning by providing loan-level surveillance that integrates updated borrower, credit, collateral, title, market and economic data from a range of sources. MasterServ says its proprietary algorithm scores each loan, identifies troubled assets, recommends a "best value" resolution path, calculates pro forma terms and quantifies projected losses for each loan.
