RealtyTrac, a provider of comprehensive housing data, announced today that veteran licensing and business development executive Jeff Mattice, formerly with Black Knight Financial Services and CoreLogic, has joined RealtyTrac as vice president of the company's data solutions team.
Mattice formerly served as director of national licensing and business development with Black Knight's applied analytics division. He worked for the company, formerly known as Lender Processing Services, for 13 years.
Mattice also spent five years as regional director of licensing at CoreLogic.
In his new role, Mattice is charged with developing RealtyTrac's new data licensing business, as well as expanding the company into new business segments.
RealtyTrac recently announced the launch of data licensing for a nationwide property-level dataset of tax, deed and mortgage records for 125 million parcels nationwide. This is in addition to the company's proprietary database of more than 20 million current and historical foreclosure records, as well as local and environmental data available through its subsidiary Homefacts.
Mattice will report to Brian Mushaney, who recently joined the RealtyTrac team as executive vice president of data solutions.
