The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) has appointed Pete Mills senior vice president of residential policy and member services. Mills, who will take his new position on Oct. 1, will lead efforts to enhance MBA's residential member engagement, retention and recruitment.
Mills has more than 25 years of expertise in public affairs, government relations, public policy and research, all in the housing and mortgage finance arena. Most recently, he was managing director of Mortgage Banking Initiatives Inc., a consulting and public policy organization that represents the interests of companies and coalitions involved in the housing and mortgage finance industries. Â
