Greg Smith has joined Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, real estate owned property maintenance and valuations to the mortgage industry, as assistant vice president of compliance in the company's Ruston, La., office.
Prior to joining MCS, Smith was trust operations manager at Argent Financial Group.
Smith has ‘a proven track record of exceptional client service and technical expertise in the financial services industry,’ says Caroline Reaves, CEO of MCS, in a release.
In his new position, Smith will oversee the quality assurance and quality control functions for both the field services and valuations operations in MCS' Ruston office. He also will handle operational reporting and supporting data analytics.
