Vantage Production LLC, a customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, sales and content solutions company, has announced that Patchogue, N.Y.-based mortgage lender MCS Mortgage Bankers Inc. has chosen the Vantage Integrated Production (VIP) platform as its CRM software.
According to Vantage, MCS will use the VIP platform to help enhance service, sales and compliant communications.
‘We need tools to ensure our sales force can accommodate the electronic communications needs of our prospects and clients, as well as to optimize our messaging in sales, branding and marketing programs,’ says Taylor Stork, executive vice president and national sales manager for MCS.
‘Like every lender today, we need to minimize the risks of non-compliance,’ he adds.
